JOHN NEWMAN 
I have a painting with NEWMAN written in the bottom left hand corner that l believe could be yours. I got it from a man going door to door in the late 80s in Mount Clear, and he said ,” keep it & when l become famous it could be worth a lot of money”. It is if the ocean waves on a beach.
